Greg's Cheesy Garlic Bread

Hello all my hungry dumplings! I've showed you how to puree garlic and how to turn it into a delicious garlic butter spread, NOW you will learn how to make amazing cheesy garlic bread!

Things you will need:
Bread [The best kind of bread to use is an UNSLICED loaf of Italian bread. If you want thin pieces, you can use sliced bread. But if you want thick, gooey in the middle, crisp on the outside pieces, cut your own bread.]
Greg's Garlic Butter Spread
Shredded cheese of your choice [I use mozzarella]

1. With a bread knife, start cutting slices that are about 1 1/2 inches wide.
2. Generously spread the garlic butter on each side and all around the crusty crusts. Do not soak the bread TOO much, but get enough on there so it seeps through and makes it gooey on the inside.
3. On medium heat, put slice[s] in a skillet and cover. Continuously check bottom of bread until it has reached a nice golden brown color [just like a grilled cheese sandwich]. Flip
4. Add shredded cheese on top part of bread and cover. Turn heat off and continue checking until bottom of bread has the golden color. [If bottom turns gold before cheese has melted, take off of heat and keep covered until cheese fully melts.]

This bread goes really well with Greg's Marinara Sauce [I will post recipe next!]
